We offer hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.

Processing Time: Returns are processed within 10 business days from the date of the request.

All items undergo thorough inspection before dispatch. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns are at aiesyhome's discretion.

Soft Furnishings: Return within 5 days of delivery if:

Unmet expectations.
Genuine defect or transit damage.
Bath Items: Return within 48 hours if:

Unmet expectations.
Genuine defect or transit damage.
Decor: Return within 48 hours only if the product is damaged, broken, or the wrong item.

Other Categories: Return within 5 days of delivery if:

Unmet expectations.
Genuine defect or transit damage.

Please Note: Only one free replacement for non-damaged products. Additional replacements incur a shipping fee determined by Aiesyhome.

Exchange Policy: We don't offer direct exchanges. For a new item, initiate a return and then place a fresh order.

Refunds on products bought under certain sale:
Please check sale terms & Conscious before buying. For example any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.

Include order number, product images, and reasons.
Returned items should be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags.
Quality check failures at pickup will result in non-acceptance.
Pack securely to prevent transit damage.

Cancellation of Return Request: If the pickup is scheduled and you wish to cancel, inform the logistics provider directly or email care@aiesyhome.com.

Claiming Refunds:

Digital Payments: Refunds are returned to the original payment mode, usually within 4-5 business days.

COD Transactions: Refunds are as Aiesyhome Credits for the next purchase. Refunds initiate post receipt of the returned item.

Note: Refunds for self-shipped lost items are not granted.

7 Days Money Back Guarantee

All merchandise sold by Aiesyhome.Com are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and monitored by a very careful quality control. All products offered by Aiesyhome are protected by a 7 Days Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you are required to inform us on the same day of receiving the product and courier it within 3 days of receiving the delivery (please be informed that we do not have return pickup and customer has to courier back product at their cost) for :

A full refund of the purchase price or a store credit for the equivalent amount
A product exchange
If you choose refund of the purchase price, we will refund it within 2 working days.(working days means Monday to Friday and does not include public holidays) after receiving the returned item.
The product must comply with the following conditions:

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit.
“New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item.
There are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to the product during transit. The customer should send the product through a reputed courier service.
Damaged / Defective Item Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. Aiesyhome.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to the product during transit.

If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit. If you choose a refund, the full product price will be credited when Aiesyhome.com has received and processed your return.
